Canada’s Sex Offender Registry
If you are found guilty of committing a sex offence in Canada, you are likely to land in the National Sex Offender Registry. For the first time since 2011, the Federal government has introduced significant changes to how the registry operates. This is largely since in October 2022, the Supreme Court of Canada declared two parts of the Criminal Code of Canada unconstitutional. These two provisions dealt with Canada’s National Sex Offenders Registry. The court gave the federal government one year to update the law or have the registry become inoperable. ETS: What happens if I am in an accident on public transport?

Public transportation is a popular mode of commute in Edmonton, and with it like any other mode of transportation, comes the risk of an accident. In Edmonton, the public transportation is called ETS (Edmonton Transit Services), and the subway is called LRT (Light Rail Transit). The ETS provides public transportation all over Edmonton and even connecting to some of the suburbs like St Albert and Leduc and Fort Saskatchewan.
